There are two ways that you can use this method, and I'm actually going to recommend that you use it both ways if you are to be successful.
The first method is to make a note of what you plan to do every day to help you burn stomach fat. So if you plan on going for a couple of runs, or maybe swimming, or going to the gym 3 times, make a note of the days or evenings that you wish to do this. That way it's very clear and visible, and you're almost turning it into an appointment, which in turn you will find a lot harder to cancel than if you didn't write it down. Every time that you attend whatever it is that you have planned, you can make a note in the diary. But likewise if you do cancel and don't go for a run, or don't go to the gym, you also need to make a note of that fact. This works by making you more accountable for whatever it is that you are trying to achieve, and you're therefore more likely to see the task through.
The second method of using your diary to help you burn stomach fat is to make a note of everything that you eat on a daily basis. This is commonly known as a 'food diary', and the most successful weight loss courses in the world employ this particular method because of how successful it is. You write down everything that you eat and drink on that given day, and continue to do this every single day. The key to this working is to be honest, and make sure that you don't miss certain things out or ignore certain things. Be honest with what you write down. What you are doing is developing a picture that you can look at, making it much more clear-cut and visible if you slipping into bad habits, and making eating or drinking patterns much easier to recognise. You can then stamp these out if needed.
