Well, the good news is that you can burn stomach fat quickly, but you do need to ensure that you go about it the correct way.
I've always said that goal setting is key when it comes to how to burn stomach fat, and I stand by that. Good goal setting can be the difference between success and failure in more-or-less anything that you try to do. It's this way of thinking that can set you up to succeed rather than setting you up to fail, and it's something that I discuss at length in my book.
But I also think it's important that you embrace the idea of changing your lifestyle rather than just doing some exercise or eating a bit more healthy. You need to make sure that everything that you do encompasses your new healthy lifestyle.
