Research has shown for a long time now that liquid diets are a great way to burn stomach fat. The Slim Fast diet was popular for years, and many people owe their healthy bodies to cutting out some of their meals and replacing them with liquid meals instead.
The problem of course is that they're not desperately exciting, but a trip to a local store that sells kitchen gadgets (and as I think I've mentioned elsewhere on this blog, I love kitchen gadgets) got me thinking about ways to create really great meals that you could either buy, or ideally make for yourself.
Soups, smoothies and juices are delicious and can all be made for yourself at home using some pretty simple equipment. The key with all of them is to not include salt or other additives that you know aren't good for you (I've found with all soups that any salt is a waste, as it ends up making the soup far too salty to eat). It's also worth investing in a decent thermos flask, so that you can take them with you to the office or drink them on the commute into work. They're convenient as well as delicious and good for you!
