CBS has run an interesting piece on the lengths that Americans have gone to over the past 100 years trying to lose weight dieting.
I've always said that diet alone isn't enough, just like exercise alone isn't enough. A good combination of proper diet, exercise and the right mind-set always has been, and always will be crucial to your weight loss success.
